Day 1

Arusha, Tanzania

Your flight arrives in Arusha, Tanzania. After clearing Immigration and Customs, meet your driver in Arrivals. He will transfer you to Arusha Coffee Lodge for the night.

An up market hotel located on a working coffee plantation on the outskirts of Arusha in Northern Tanzania.

Days 2 & 3

Tarangire National Park, Tanzania

After breakfast and checkout, meet your guide to begin your safari. You will drive to Tarangire National Park via a 3 hour scenic drive.

On a ridge overlooking Tarangire National Park, seasonal home to one of the densest concentrations of wildlife in Africa, Kikoti Safari Camp is a haven fit for the most discerning traveler.

Days 4 & 5

Ngorongoro Crater, Tanzania

Meet your guide after breakfast and continue your safari by driving into the Crater Highlands. This 3-4 hour scenic drive ends at the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater.

Often referred to as 'the 8th wonder of the world' the Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa's best known wildlife arenas. The Serena Ngorongoro Crater Safari Lodge is perched on the jagged rim of the crater, wreathed in morning mist, camouflaged in river stone and cloaked in indigenous creepers.

You will depart early the next mroning for a day of exploring the Crater floor.

Days 6 & 7

Serengeti National Park, Tanzania

You have a final game drive into the Crater this morning before ascending the rim and continuing your safari by driving to Serengeti National Park. During this journey, you can stop at Olduvai Gorge, called the "Cradle of Mankind" and made famous by the archeological findings of the Leakey family. You will reach camp in the afternoon.

This luxury tented camp roams around the vast grass plains of Tanzania. Nomad safari guides look at where the concentrations of animals are at that time of year and place the camp in the best available location to access the action.

Days 8 — 11

Pemba Island, Tanzania

Today you transition into the rest and relaxtion portion of your holiday. Your guide will transfer you to the Seronera Airstrip to meet your scheduled flight via Arusha and onto Zanzibar. Here you connect to a short airhop to Pemba Island. You have a final boat transfer to reach your resort.

Located on the west coast of Pemba Island, immediately north of Zanzibar, this resort offers a relaxed, secluded retreat on the shores of the Indian Ocean.

Fundu Lagoon — Includes: All meals, drinks (except champagne), & laundry

Day 12

Depart

After breakfast and checkout proceures you take a boat transfer back to the Pemba Airport for your short airhop to Zanzibar. On arrival, you connect onto your departure flight.
