Renowned chef Suzi Holtzhausen has created the menus at Bush Lodge. The safari experience here is unique in that they not only concentrate on the Big Five, but you can also learn about the history of the reserve and how the Tsongas once lived on this land alongside the animals. After a morning game drive, guests may accompany their Shangaan guide to his nearby village where they will have the opportunity of interacting with his family and friends in a very authentic and contemporary African environment. There are always 2 daily safaris (game drives) and guided walks in the bush.A reputation over the past ten years for a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere encourages guests to truly relax and become part of the Djuma family.
