Malindi, Kenya
Hemingway's Beach Resort
Hemingway's is a cute, locally owned & operated Kenyan beach hotel. This is the place where many of our Kenyan friends in the safari business take their families for holiday. It is an excellent value choice for big game fishing and visiting the Gede Ruins.
Accommodation is simple - no over the top luxury here - and meals can be buffet style.

Mango's view
White sand beaches fringed with palms, casuarinas, oleanders and brilliantly coloured bougainvillaea, washed by the incredible blue waters of the Indian Ocean, refreshed by gentle monsoon breezes, and the enchantment of Kenya's wildlife sanctuaries, only a few miles away. This is the Kenya coast - one of the most idyllic resort areas anywhere in the world.
Hemingway's is a 78-bed resort-hotel on the stunning sands of Watamu Bay, 20 miles south of Malindi. The ambience of the hotel is of relaxed sophistication, with the friendliness of a privately-owned hotel coupled to the facilities and standards of an international resort. Hemingway's beach has been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the world by the Sunday Times.
You can choose to participate in the myriad of sea activities from big game fishing to snorkeling or simply relax and take in the relaxed atmosphere.
Includes: Breakfast & dinner, activities (snorkeling - must pay the KWS Park Fees direct, and daily trips to Malindi & the Gede Ruins)
