Kongoni Game Valley was built at the beginning of the last century with wide open verandas overlooking spectacular Lake Naivasha. As an exclusive safari destination, it offers excellent and personalized attention to only a small number of guests.

The house is attractively furnished in an early 20th century style. The main house offers 7 elegant large double bedrooms, each with private bathroom en-suite, accessible from the interior patio and one single bedroom, two verandas with panoramic views, two spacious sitting rooms and a large fully equipped kitchen.

The house is decorated in original English colonial style but with an exotic touch given by Arabic style furnishings from Lamu. Guests can relax in aforementioned verandas and numerous cozy, warm or breezy open-aired sitting areas. Dining areas include one traditional indoor dining area, a dining veranda, dining by the pool as the sun goes down on the hill behind the lodge.

At the back of the house, between the euphorbia trees, there are two independent cottages in the same style as the main house; each cottage has three luminous double bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, a small living room and a kitchen. Just outside the beautiful and large tropical garden, beyond the veranda and the peaceful swimming pool dwells a large part of Kenya's wildlife that lives off the vast plains of the Great Rift Valley.

You will enjoy the natural beauty of the private conservation area and its wildlife: exotic animals and birds - leopard, zebra, impala, giraffe, buffalo, hippo, flamingo and hundreds of other species. Kongoni offers a wide range of activities including game drives, mountain bike game rides, excursions to Hell's gate national park, Crater Lake and Nakuru, horse riding, game walks and boat rides to mention a few.
