Labriz Silhouette

The buzz surrounding this resort opening in late 2006 makes us confident that it will become a quick favorite. We really like Universal Resorts properties in the Maldives, so expect Labriz to be lovely. All resorts take time out to work out the kinks so the first year guests should go in expecting little glitches in service. A small price to pay for being a trend setter.  — Mango's view

Labriz Silhouette, Seychelles - a resort for guests with an urge for the spectacular. Luxury villas tucked in lush jungle, opening onto white sand beaches. A spa on the rocks - treatment suites set on massive boulders emerging from the forest. Scuba diving excursions in the Indian Ocean. Traditional Seychelles cuisine in stylish restaurants. Five-star luxury in an awe-inspiring setting.

Sixty stunning beach villas allow guests to wake up to views of sunrise across the Indian Ocean. Tucked away discretely among the jungle vegetation, these villas are steps away from Silhouette's white sand beach and the azure waters of the Indian Ocean. For those seeking extra luxury, 6 of these Beach Villas feature a private plunge pool.

Twenty eight garden villas of contemporary design are set amid the lush beauty of Silhouette. They are chic, tropical style with modern amenities and comforts. Outdoor showers with views of spectacular Mount Dauban.

The luxurious pavilions are the supreme Silhouette experience. Nine Ocean Pavilions and 8 Mountainview Pavilions - each a spacious villa featuring a 6.5 x 3 meter pool set in a private garden. Flanking the villa, the separate pavilion is ideal for en-suite spa treatments or a romantic dinner. For ultimate romance, a large bathtub offers ample space for a shared bath for two.

Five restaurants offer guests a range of culinary options from the restored plantation house Grann Kaz to the Japanese inspired beachfront Sakura.

The usual suspects are offered to Labriz guests: world class snorkeling, scuba, fishing, a Per Aquum Spa, fitness center, tennis courts and a collection of excursions into Mahe, to the Silhouette giant tortoise sanctuary and mountain walks with a resident naturalist.
