Lovely! One and Only sets the standard for their service and cuisine and Reethi Rah is no exception. This is definitely an adult focused hotel in the chic modern style and associated prices. The rooms are lavishly spaced great distances from each other so privacy is exceptional. It is definitely worth the beach villa with the private pool!

Adorned with endless white sand coves and turquoise bays, all villas at One & Only Reethi Rah enjoy beautiful ocean views and direct access to the lagoon. Each attended by a personal Villa Host, the freestanding villas feature the latest technologies and are designed with high airy ceilings complemented by bamboo arches, their spaciousness allowing for a variety of personal entertainment and dining options.

Guest room styles include beach villas, beach villas with a private pool, grand beach villas, water villas and grand water villas. There is also a duplex beach villa available to accommodate larger groups. Beach villas occupy their own stretch of sandy shore; these villas afford direct views of the ocean and access to a private beach. Decor is sleek with clean lines, a perfect foil for the tropical wood and thatch exteriors. Large verandahs with picturesque outdoor seating areas and sun bed, external showers for after sun refreshment and comfortable, spacious interiors provide for an indulgent getaway. The water villas are situated above the crystalline waters of the lagoon. They are connected by walkways from secluded points on the island. A truly sublime retreat, these villas feature outdoor covered terraces on stilts and split-level verandas with steps into the ocean. Please be advised that due to Maldivian law, and for the safety of all guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the water villas.

Villa services and amenities include a 24 hour dedicated Villa Host, twice daily maid service, unlimited use of the resort's electric buggy service, fresh fruit daily, flat screen LCD TV with DVD player and surround sound audio, espresso and tea making facilities, king size bed, pillow menu, choice of bathrobes, hairdryer, and personal safe.

Restaurant options include the Reethi Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with an eclectic menu fusing flavors from Asia Pacific and the Mediterranean into a light, contemporary cuisine. Don't miss the walk-in wine room.

Tapasake is an over-water venue combining incredible sunset views with contemporary Japanese cuisine. For the purist, daily deliveries from Tokyo and Osaka coupled with the chef's hand-picked ingredients ensure sushi and sashimi meet the highest standards. Hidden on the northern tip of the island is the sensual, Arabesque Fanditha. This exotic, boho-chic beachside spot serves a Middle Eastern influenced menu of mezzehs, char grills and salads - accompanied by the finest selection of chilled rosés and champagnes (dinner and cocktails only).

Swimmers and sunbathers need not move far from the main pool to partake of the amazing menu at the adjacent Rah Bar. An all day menu of healthy salads, wraps and snacks also offers low-fat smoothies made with exotic fresh fruits and vegetables, a variety of waters and a fresh juice station. With the fall of evening, Rah Bar is transformed into a vibrant cocktail bar with live music, cool martinis, tropical cocktails, sparkling champagne and a fine collection of vintage rums from the Indian Ocean and Caribbean islands.

Activities and water sport options are incredibly diverse. Guests can choose to play beach volleyball, football, Pétanque and croquet. Bicycling and jogging are great ways to explore the island's 44 hectares. Water sports include banana tube rides, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing, water skiing and windsurfing. Of course, you can always take advantage of your private lagoon access from your water villa to enjoy snorkeling anytime.
