This is a decent budget option in Arusha. The hotel is centrally located and the few restaurants are some of the most popular in town.

The Impala Hotel, in the safari gateway of Arusha, is situated near those places you have to go and strategically placed in crossing roads that will bring you to the beautiful and virgin coast, to the timeless Zanzibar, to the parks and game reserves and to the comfort of the close by airport.
The hotel offers 160 well-furnished rooms which include: 10 junior suites, 20 executive suites, and 10 deluxe suites, all with ensuite bathrooms and 21 inch color TVs. The rooms are spacious, well ventilated and are specially designed to make you comfortable. They have direct dial telephones and room-to-room connections. The hotel offers laundry and dry cleaning facilities as well.
The hotel's four restaurants, each serving different cuisines like the Continental, Indian, Chinese and Italian, are tastefully decorated with ensuite coffee bars which offer romantic views of the garden and swimming pool. Twenty-four hour restaurant and room service are provided. The restaurants also cater to cocktail parties and buffets. All restaurants have well equipped bars. These and the poolside bar offer a wide choice of drinks.
The hotel runs the Impala Shuttle with buses available to provide transport to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and even as far as Nairobi, Kenya.
