Honeyguide Mantobeni Camp is designed to reflect Hemingways' Africa, this 12 tented camp is nestled in a Tamboti grove overlooking a dry river bed. This is a wonderful camp to immerse oneself into the raw beauty of the African bush. It is a perfect balance between a relaxing, homey atmosphere and the pristine natural setting.
The reception areas comprise a large sitting area, indoor and outdoor areas, bar and climate controlled wine cellar. The large, en-suite tents are comfortably furnished in contemporary style and have either double or twin beds made up with fine cotton sheets and down duvets. A double shower and separate toilet are provided and a private veranda in the front of the tent provides a restful seating area for you to absorb the atmosphere in peace and tranquility.
Game visiting the nearby watering hole can be seen from the swimming pool deck adjoining the reception areas. The Manyeleti Game Reserve is a fantastic private reserve where impressive predators can be found stalking grazers as they wander through the bushveld. Here guests can see the Big Five alongside a spectacular array of birdlife. The area can be explored with expert guides from a game drive vehicle, or immerse yourself in the experience and go on a walking safari.
