The lodge has its own back-up generator. Nkhotakota Pottery Lodge is popular with those seeking peace and quiet and families who spend time potting under expert guidance at the training workshop. There is a large shade on the beach for dinners and the lodge has no TVs or music systems.
At Nkhotakota Pottery visitors can see an excellent range of hand crafted pottery made on site. Much of the work is special orders from guests and customers from all over the world.
