Located on the border of the National Park, this lodge is set in a tranquil location away from the bustle of the falls and town, which is great. However, it is massive and the location makes it harder to actually visit the falls. So we tend to prefer other options.

Set high on a natural plateau, the westward facing Victoria Falls Safari Lodge borders the Zambezi National Park and is just four kilometers from the thundering Victoria Falls, Southern Africa's foremost attraction.
Built of thatch and timber, Victoria Falls Safari Lodge rises seven levels, giving the impression of a vast open-plan treehouse. The central area features the award-winning MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant, Buffalo Bar, a two-tiered swimming pool and a fitness room, all of which offer magnificent sunset-facing views.
There are three different room types to choose from – the Lodge Standard Room, the Lodge Waterhole Facing Room and the Lodge Waterhole Facing Suites. All 72 rooms are spacious and light, with glass sliding doors opening on to private balconies with unrivalled views of the bushveld at sunset. The majority of rooms also overlook a central waterhole, offering the opportunity to observe herds of game quenching their thirst. The courtesy shuttle service on the hour to the Falls and key stops in town ensure guests have a convenient means of getting to other attractions and back to the lodge.
